IHI Triple Aim

New healthcare designs must simultaneously pursue three dimensions

  • Improving the patient experience of care (including quality and satisfaction);
  • Improving the health of populations; and
  • Reducing the per capita cost of health care.

CCO Metrics

Oregon Health Authority is using quality health metrics to show how well Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) are improving care, making quality care accessible, eliminating health disparities, and curbing the rising cost of health care.
