The Columbia Gorge Health Council works to elevate the well-being of everyone living in the Columbia Gorge through:  Governing the Coordinated Care Organization (CCO), Allocating spending, Operating collaborative programs and Convening partners for health improvement efforts.


We envision a region of communities where all people enjoy improved health through equitable access to and engagement with coordinated resources.
