Social Determinants of Health & Equity (SDOH-E) grant funding
The Columbia Gorge Health Council (CGHC) is offering a funding opportunity to address Social Determinants of Health and Equity (SDOH-E). CGHC will award grants to tax-exempt organizations for projects that address SDOH-E and focus on the Prioritized Needs defined in the 2020-2023 CHIP. Applications are due by November 11th at 12noon.
